RH Mereo 220

RH Mereo 220 ergonomic office chair, curved high back

The RH Mereo 220 is the curved-back model in Flokk's RH Mereo family, a Swedish task chair designed by RH's design team with the Stockholm studio Veryday for people who sit all day and for desks that more than one person uses. Its tilt is frictionless and infinitely adjustable, and RH's advice is to work with it unlocked so the chair follows every shift of weight; the backrest angle adjusts on its own lever, and the tilt locks in any position when you want to sit still. The back is 63 cm high and 36.5 cm wide, adjustable in height, with lumbar support that can be set 13.2 to 21 cm above the seat. The seat slides 40.3 to 48.3 cm deep and is 41 cm wide. Seat height is the one figure we will not quote, because Flokk publishes more than one range for this gas stem — ring us on 02 9640 0642 and we will measure the chair on the showroom floor and confirm the range for your exact order in writing. A shorter stem, a height-adjustable neckrest, 8T armrests adjusting 19.5 to 31 cm above the seat and 35.5 to 51 cm apart, a coat hanger and hard-floor castors are options. Every lever is shaped and placed to be found by hand.

We hold the Mereo 220 in Sydney in four finishes: Silver Grey and Warm Grey fabric on a silver aluminium base, Black fabric, and Black Paloma leather, all on a 68 cm five-star base with castors for carpet. The photographs show the neckrest and armrests fitted; tell us the configuration you want when you order and we will confirm what ships. It is certified to EN 1335-1-2-3 A, Möbelfakta, ANSI/BIFMA and GREENGUARD GOLD, carries an EPD (ISO 14025), and is built to be disassembled and repaired, with a replaceable seat. Figures are Flokk's published specifications.
