Humanscale World One LM Chair with Upholstered Seat

Humanscale World One LM Chair with Upholstered Seat

The upholstered-seat version of the World One LM pairs Humanscale's tri-panel mesh backrest with a sculpted foam seat upholstered in Corde 4 textile in black. It suits anyone who wants the World One LM's self-adjusting ergonomics but prefers a padded seat to a mesh one — a common preference in boardrooms, reception areas and home offices, and for people who simply find foam more comfortable over a long day.

Designed by Niels Diffrient, the World One LM uses the sitter's body weight to provide smooth, balanced recline. There are no recline levers or tension dials: the chair calibrates itself to the person sitting in it. The tri-panel non-stretch mesh backrest takes on the shape of the back and provides self-adjusting lumbar support without a separate lumbar pad.

A note on castors. This configuration ships with hard castors, which are the correct choice for carpet. If your floors are timber, tile, polished concrete or vinyl, call us on 02 9640 0642 before ordering and we will sort out soft castors for you.

Warranty

Humanscale covers the World LM with a 12-year warranty on parts and components, and a 5-year warranty on arm pads and textiles. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which are not limited by it.

Not sure which seat? The all-mesh World One LM is the same chair with a mesh seat — cooler over a long day, and lighter to move. Call us on 02 9640 0642 and we'll talk you through the difference, or try both in the Pyrmont showroom.
