The M8.1 is the previous generation of Humanscale's heavy-duty M-series arm. Its successor is the M8 Pro, with 79% more capacity (4.1 to 22.7 kg) and Quick Release joints; Humanscale has announced the M8.1 and M10 are discontinued from the end of Q1 2026, with parts and warranty support continuing.
