The Harmonic 2 tilt is a responsive leaf-spring design that stays balanced across Herman Miller's published range of 90 to 350 lb. Fully adjustable arms, PostureFit sacral support with the adjustable lumbar option, and FlexFront adjustable seat depth of 413–457 mm — an adjustment the Aeron does not have at any price. Herman Miller publishes a maximum user weight of 159 kg, up to 93% recyclability and BIFMA level 3 certification, and changed the nylon base and spine to 100% recycled material in 2024.
