Framery One Phone Booth

The Framery One is the soundproof office pod that Australian businesses actually install and keep, not a temporary fix, but a permanent piece of infrastructure that replaces the meeting room you never had room to build.

It is a single-person workspace designed specifically for video calls, phone calls, and deep focus work in open-plan offices. The acoustic shell is rated Class A under ISO 23351-1, at 30 DS,A dB speech level reduction — enough that you can hold a confidential call two metres from a colleague without your words being intelligible to them. Inside, a sit-stand desk, integrated LED lighting, power outlets, and USB charging mean you walk in with a laptop and have everything else.

The engineering detail that matters: Framery's active ventilation system circulates fresh air at up to 26 L/s, a specification that matters in Australian climates and distinguishes Framery from cheaper acoustic pods whose passive ventilation makes them uncomfortable well before a long call is over.

Framery Smart connectivity, occupancy sensors, usage analytics, and calendar integration, comes standard. The pod plugs into a standard power outlet and needs no ducting or plumbing. It does need a Framery-trained installer — that is a warranty condition rather than an upsell, as set out below — and in New South Wales the Building Commission's practice advice of 24 January 2025 treats the installation of office pods as building work, so raise it with your certifier early rather than after delivery.

Warranty

Framery's global warranty applies. It is not one period across the whole pod — cover differs by component:

• 5 years — structure and standard parts
• 2 years — wear parts, including gas lifts, levelling gliders, fabrics, felt, carpet, the door, door seals, hinges and locks
• 2 years — electronic components, including LED lighting, fans, power and USB chargers, wireless chargers, screens, motion sensors and motor-driven height adjustment
• 1 year — Framery Connect sensors

Two conditions decide whether that cover is live. The warranty has to be activated by completing Framery's installation report form, and the pod has to be installed by a Framery-trained installer — if it isn't, Framery is not obliged to remedy defects. Defects must be reported within 21 days of being discovered.

This is the practical reason to buy through an authorised dealer rather than a grey-market importer. Where we handle the installation, we complete the installation report and use Framery-trained installers, so your cover is live from handover.

Software is supplied without warranty, and normal wear, textile pilling, non-approved third-party parts, unauthorised repairs and improper relocation or dismantling are excluded.

This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Servicing

Door seals, hinges, levelling and ventilation all wear, and on the table above every one of those parts is out of cover from year three.
