Framery One Compact Phone Booth

The Framery One Compact is the most space-efficient way to give your team genuine acoustic privacy. At 1.03 square metres of floor footprint, 103 x 100 cm, it fits where standard phone booths cannot: corridors, alcoves, touchdown areas, and open-plan floors where every square metre counts.

Inside, you get the same Class A acoustic performance as the full Framery One: 30 DS,A dB speech level reduction under ISO 23351-1, active ventilation, integrated LED lighting, and a fold-out desk with a power outlet and USB charging. What you are paying less for is footprint, not performance.

One specification surprises people. The Compact's maximum airflow is 36 L/s against the full Framery One's 26 L/s, into a smaller internal volume. Ventilation is not the reason to step up to the larger booth — interior space and the sit-stand desk are.

Built for Australian offices. Framery Smart connectivity comes standard: occupancy sensors, usage analytics, and room booking integration work out of the box with Outlook, Google Calendar, and most room management platforms. The pod arrives flat-packed and plugs into a standard power outlet, with no ducting or plumbing required. It does need a Framery-trained installer — that is a warranty condition rather than an upsell, as set out below — and in New South Wales the Building Commission's practice advice of 24 January 2025 treats the installation of office pods as building work, so raise it with your certifier early rather than after delivery.

Because it is the cheapest way to put an acoustically tested space within short walking distance of everyone on the floor, the Compact is usually the right answer where the brief is about giving people a genuine choice of where to work. Warranty

Framery's global warranty applies. It is not one period across the whole pod — cover differs by component:

• 5 years — structure and standard parts
• 2 years — wear parts, including gas lifts, levelling gliders, fabrics, felt, carpet, the door, door seals, hinges and locks
• 2 years — electronic components, including LED lighting, fans, power and USB chargers, wireless chargers, screens, motion sensors and motor-driven height adjustment
• 1 year — Framery Connect sensors

Two conditions decide whether that cover is live. The warranty has to be activated by completing Framery's installation report form, and the pod has to be installed by a Framery-trained installer — if it isn't, Framery is not obliged to remedy defects. Defects must be reported within 21 days of being discovered.

This is the practical reason to buy through an authorised dealer rather than a grey-market importer. Where we handle the installation, we complete the installation report and use Framery-trained installers, so your cover is live from handover.

Software is supplied without warranty, and normal wear, textile pilling, non-approved third-party parts, unauthorised repairs and improper relocation or dismantling are excluded.

This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Servicing

Door seals, hinges, levelling and ventilation all wear, and on the table above every one of those parts is out of cover from year three.
