Resistance bands: Perfect for both gym and home use, these bands provide joint-friendly resistance training, making them suitable for beginners and advanced fitness enthusiasts alike. They allow you to strengthen the upper, middle, and lower body. The resistance level is medium (4.5 – 9 kg), with resistance measured at 100% stretch for the starting weight and 300% stretch for the maximum. The maximum stretchability is 300%, and the length is 140 cm. Hand grippers: Training with hand grippers activates circulation throughout the arm, reducing the risk of tendon sheath and elbow issues. The resistance can be adjusted continuously between 5–20 kg. The pull-up bar can be used not only for pull-ups but also for hanging exercises and stretching the back and shoulders. The metal brackets included for attaching to the door frame ensure that the bar stays securely in place. Thanks to the quick-release mechanism of the brackets, you can easily remove the chin-up bar from the door when not in use. Note: Do not use in doorways wider than 91 cm.
